New traditions

The news has been full of stories about the items that might be hard to come by this Christmas. Whilst we undoubtably have some tough times ahead, and the rising costs of living are a real problem, restrictions and scarcity can be powerful times of creativity.

Sometimes we can become stuck in a rut just because things have always been done in a certain way. You might swap out your turkey for an alternative and find you actually prefer it- and if not then you'll all remember the year of the stuffed Christmas halibut!
